Winter Freeze fixes that. We bill software for the seven months you're open and pause it for the five you're not, on any tier. Your hardware stays yours, and when you reopen we turn the licenses back on with your menu and items where you left them.
When a device breaks in July
Homer is close, but it doesn't stock POS hardware. If a station fails during the summer rush, you need a replacement that arrives quickly.
We keep spares in Anchorage. With hardware care ($15 a month for your whole kit), we send the replacement before you send the broken unit back. On the road system south of Anchorage, that usually means next-day or two-day delivery.
The connection
Internet options on the lower Kenai are limited, and when the connection goes down, you need to keep selling. Every pin pad we install keeps taking cards offline. Every install also includes a UniFi gateway that we monitor remotely, so we often know about a network problem before you call.

Software is $99, $199 or $299 a month per location, month to month, with no early-termination fee. Install and training are included. We come to you, set it up and train whoever's working that day.
Processing is interchange plus 0.30% and 10¢. With cash discount, card-paying customers see a 3.99% fee, hardware is half price and the first year of software is free.
