Processor pass-through fees (account on file, PCI, statement access) are billed at the processor's cost with no markup, about $34 a month, and are itemized on your first statement. We never add annual program fees, regulatory fees, or a premium-support tier.

How does this compare to Toast?

Toast is a good product with tens of thousands of restaurants, almost all of them in the Lower 48. Their $0-upfront kit is paid for through a higher processing rate over a two- or three-year term, and support runs on Eastern time. We publish the hardware price, charge interchange-plus, and answer from Anchorage.

What about the Clover my bank offered?

Bank-channel Clover is usually a 48-month non-cancellable hardware lease with processing priced separately. Add it up over the term and the hardware often costs four to five times its retail price. Our Own-it door is a one-time purchase with no term.

Is "cash discount" legal in Alaska?

Yes, when it's done properly: the posted price is the cash price, the card price is disclosed before the sale, and the receipt shows the service fee as its own line. Quantic prints it that way out of the box, and we supply the required signage with every cash-discount install.

What happens if the POS goes down on a Friday night?

You call and a person answers. The Dejavoo pin pad keeps authorizing cards while the internet is out, and if it's a hardware failure we ship a replacement on the next flight. Hardware care customers get the swap before the broken unit comes back.

Do you serve businesses outside Anchorage?

Yes, statewide and in Hawaii. Remote support and network monitoring work anywhere with an internet connection, and same-day hardware goes out on local carriers to communities across Alaska.

Can I switch doors later?

Yes. Move from cash discount to Own it, or the other way, any month. There is no term on either door, so nothing to buy out.
